Most clients have already tried other approaches. Hypnotherapy works differently — getting to the root of the problem at a subconscious level, which is why results tend to be faster and more lasting.
“I work with a small number of clients at a time to ensure every session is genuinely tailored to you. This isn’t a high-volume practice — it’s focused, specialist work.”
All packages include a personalised hypnotherapy recording. Payment in full at the start of treatment. Packages are non-refundable once purchased, and there’s no time limit to use your sessions, so you can space them out however suits you.
Most clients complete between four and six sessions. Some issues resolve faster. You’ll leave your free consultation with a clear, honest plan — and no surprises. The goal is to get you where you want to be, as efficiently as possible. I don’t believe in keeping clients coming back indefinitely.
No commitment, no pressure. You tell me what you’re dealing with, I explain how I work, and together we decide if hypnotherapy is the right fit. Most people leave feeling clearer and more hopeful than when they started.
All sessions for US clients take place via Zoom, and the process is exactly the same as working in person. Time zones are not a barrier — slots are available across both East and West Coast hours.
Fees are priced in GBP. Approximate USD equivalents at current exchange rates are shown below. The GBP price is the confirmed fee at point of booking — USD figures are a guide only as exchange rates fluctuate.
Payment is accepted by card via secure online payment. If you have any questions about booking from the US or want to check availability across time zones, the free 20-minute consultation is the best starting point.
Book Your Free ConsultationEach session is highly personalised — there are no scripts, no one-size-fits-all approaches. You also receive a bespoke hypnotherapy audio recording after every session to reinforce the work between appointments. Beyond that, hypnotherapy typically requires far fewer sessions than traditional talking therapy to achieve lasting results, which means the overall investment is often comparable or lower.
Most clients complete between four and six sessions. Some issues resolve faster — particularly specific phobias or smoking cessation, which can sometimes be addressed in one or two sessions. More complex issues like long-standing anxiety, IBS, or trauma typically benefit from a structured block. You’ll leave your free consultation with a clear, honest plan so there are no surprises.
Yes — individual sessions are available at £190 each with no obligation to commit to a block. That said, most clients find that a structured package produces more meaningful, lasting change because each session builds intentionally on the last. Blocks of 3 or 6 sessions are also available at a reduced rate if you’d like to commit to a course of treatment from the start.
Packages are non-refundable once payment has been made. There’s no expiry date, though, so once you’ve purchased a block of sessions you’re free to use them whenever the timing works for you, whether that’s weekly, fortnightly, or spread out over a longer period.
Hypnotherapy works well for the vast majority of people, but it does require genuine engagement and openness. I’ll always be honest with you — if after a couple of sessions I don’t think we’re making the progress you deserve, I’ll tell you and suggest alternatives. I don’t believe in keeping clients coming back indefinitely. The goal is to get you where you want to be, as efficiently as possible.
Completely. The free 20-minute consultation is a relaxed conversation — no pressure, no hard sell. You tell me what you’re dealing with, I explain how I work, and together we decide whether hypnotherapy is the right fit. Many people leave that call feeling clearer and more hopeful regardless of whether they go on to book. There is absolutely no obligation.
Some private health insurance policies do cover hypnotherapy, particularly for conditions like IBS, anxiety, and stress. It depends on your provider and policy. I’d recommend checking directly with your insurer before booking. I’m registered with the CNHC and GHR, which are the accreditation bodies most commonly recognised by insurers.
Yes — I do offer concession rates for people on low incomes or receiving benefits. I believe cost shouldn’t be a barrier to getting the help you need. If you’re in this situation, please get in touch before booking and we can have a conversation about what’s possible. All enquiries are handled with complete discretion.
