The way I work is unique and tailored to each and every one. My main goal is to find the root cause of IBS and help you manage this deliberating condition. With my compassionate Ericksonian hypnotherapy approach we can identify deep-rooted emotional blockages, sometimes our stomach and digestion are where we are holding emotions, past events, and other traumas that we cannot digest. And then it becomes an issue for our food as well. I help people get to the triggers and root of their IBS.
There is a powerful connection between the mind and body and hypnosis is an ideal tool to influence the way you experience pain and comfort. Furthermore, I work with one of the biggest laboratories in the UK and can provide you with a food intolerance test to identify any food triggers that may be the issue. In addition, I am a Hypno IBS certified practitioner which means that I have extensive training in IBS and gut-directed hypnotherapy.
